So I have decided that I am tired of being depressed and sad. So I have decided to try the gratitude journal where everyday no matter how crappy of a day it was you find three things to be grateful for so for today.

1. It was a beautiful 70 degree day. Not bad for January. The sun was shining but you didn't sweat. The breeze was perfect. I took the boys to the park.
